Game Plan/Strategy
  • Use balls other than netballs that aren’t as heavy so the speed of the travelling ball also speeds up the game.
  • Frow the ball in a medium height  so no one can get hurt
  • 4 players from each quad are allowed to sit on the bleaches to stretch with their arms and intercept flying balls.
  • If you catch a ball without bouncing you can sit on the bench and defence
  • People on the perimeter of the quad pass the ball to someone closer to the bleaches to allow them to throw it further into the opponent's area.
  • Throw the ball under the benches so it will hit the ground.
  • Make a team with every team target different teams with each team
